It’s always exciting when Angelina Jolie makes an appearance in an outfit that is guaranteed to be impossibly chic. Her style agenda could be described as ‘elevated Scandinavian’ – minimalistic and neutral toned, but never not sophisticated. On Wednesday we were honoured to see two of Jolie’s impeccable outfits in one day as she took her daughter Zahara Jolie-Pitt for a day out. Country music's biggest night of the year is here, with the 2023 CMT Music Awards taking place in Austin, Texas. The show kicked off with an incredibly emotional pre-recorded speech from host Kelsea Ballerini, who broke down in tears, as she paid tribute to "the ever growing list of friends, family, survivors, witnesses and responders whose lives contineue to be forever changed by gun violence". She began by honoring the three students and three staff members who were killed at random on March 27, 2023 at The Covenant School in Nashville.

The BBC's highly-anticipated new true-crime drama, The Sixth Commandment, premiered on Monday night. The four-parter explores the deaths of Peter Farquhar and Ann Moore-Martin in the village of Maids Moreton in Buckinghamshire and the subsequent events that unfolded in the following years.  Starring in the drama alongside Timothy Spall, Anne Reid and Éanna Hardwicke is actress Annabel Scholey, who is perhaps best known for playing Nina Defoe in the BBC's legal drama, The Split.
